Dianne Crosetta

R.N. Certified Ayurvedic Consultant, Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Certified Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Therapist, Certified Hand and Foot Reflexologist

Dianne has specialized in Ayurvedic wellness and yoga for the past 6 years.

She has immersed herself in the traditions of Ayurveda making it a part of her everyday life. Ayurveda and Yoga are two sister practices that originated in India over 5000 years ago. The actual word Ayurveda stands for the ‘science of life’. It is one of the most comprehensive healing systems in the world, dealing innately with body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda has had a strong influence throughout history on many systems of medicine we see today, and has been quoted as one of the oldest medical systems in the world.

As a nurse, Dianne finds Ayurveda fascinating. She truly believes we are our own healers and we need to pay attention to our bodies and the signals they tell us.

Life itself is an ongoing process of learning and growth. By choosing to open our minds to the flow of knowledge, insight, and experience that crosses our paths each day, we begin to awaken to the deeper experience of living consciously. As we focus on each moment with an effort to absorb knowledge, we feel more alert and in tune with our surroundings, and we consistently add to our own level of personal development. Our lives then become richer and more meaningful, and we engage with life on a profound level. Quenching your thirst for knowledge is as simple as immersing yourself in the learning experiences you encounter today and every day.
